I retired a few years ago and now I'm taking math at the local University. 'Prime Newtons' is one of my favorite teachers when I need a refresher or am struggling. Brilliant teacher, and his demeanor is wonderful. My wife keeps asking why I laugh while watching math. Thank you !
I have final exam tomorrow and this video was very helpful also my main language not english but your english is very clear. I understood like my main language. Thanks sir
Your smiles are the spices you add to your great teachings. Great clarity, wish your were my math professor in college! You and Jason are the Diamonds on the internet!
I have been so frustrated with this concept and have been finding it so difficult to understand. I found this video on the morning of my midterm and it's explained so clearly it is finally making sense to me. Thank you so much
You are one of the few rare teachers who know that Mathematic symbols are just for show....but the real part is visualizing everything and writing those symbols down as if you created them literally. That's when you call yourself a mathematician, and it's pretty clear that you're not just a teacher, but a godly mathematician at this point.
Phew! Thank you so much,,, you're an excellent teacher! This thing was giving me such a headache and I was almost giving up on it after having tried it several days without getting to understand..
... Good day Newton, I see a math fossil on your black board (lol). Am I looking at a piece of prehistoric history about the origin of the modern SUMMA- integral. What a tough job you actually have my friend Newton, being a mathematician and prehistorian at the same time, respect! You have created a remarkably instructive presentation by showing that the current SUMMA-form integral did not just fall out of the blue sky (I once read a book about Riemann). It's good to occasionally retrieve old knowledge, which gives you even more appreciation for the most recent knowledge, and who knows, you may come to unexpected new insights along the way. In short Sir Newton, a fantastic job executed... Thank you again and take care as always, Jan-W p.s. Watched it twice...
Hello Jan-W, Please be kind enough to tell me that you're in good health and that all is well around you. The flu has been unfair to many here in the USA. I hope you are well and happy. Hope to hear from you soon. Regards, Newton.
I've been struggling with understanding the concept and the breakdown of how why the formula was made the way it is really helped me wrap my head around it, thank you for this!
I’ve been taking an online calculus class this summer where the professor doesn’t even post any sort of lecture videos. I don’t even know what he looks like. He just links us to patrickJMT videos. But I’ve been finding yours to be very very helpful 🙏 final is next week, hope I pass
Great video, I was kind of worried when you kept adding f(a+∆x) because it looked unfamiliar, and then you showed the sigma notation and it clicked. Thanks!

Such a clean and crisp way to explain this concept. Thank you very much.

Glad it helped!
J'aime bien votre explication et votre écriture est parfaite.
you're a good man, god bless you brother!
Amen

All the way from Malawi, studying at Malawi university of science annoyance technology MUST..... Awesome broz
Hello, brother!
I am glad UA-cam recommended you!
Great content as usual! That's the Riemann sum integration.
So helpful and well explained. Thank you!!

Great video and explanation
Again, right timing!!!😆😆🤞✨
😀
you are a genius
thank you. I like how you did a quick review of the summation formulas.
This is a beast
Wow, this is awesome. Thank you so much
Dr, u deserve my tuition

Glad it was helpful!
Can you do some harder integrals with this
God bless
thank you very much
thank you so much 😊😊
😍😍
Meanwhile Indians solving it within a second. Great job tho

it's 5050
Your voice make me sleepy 😴😭
its 5050
