How can a song make people cry? Out of all the songs Krisha Da sings, this is the only one whick makes me feel like crying.... what does that mean? why not the other songs? All Glories to Hanuman
I have heard many versions of Hanuman Chalisa since childhood, but only this one I felt has the quality of putting you in a trance. The suprerb music arrangement coupled with Krishna Das' hypnotic voice is amazing. It feels new every time.
When I attended Rohatsu Sesshin at Great Vow Zen Monastery we sang this every day. I think it was at the beginning of work circle. Always brought me to the verge of tears. Still does.
so sweet how nina puts her face on kd´s shoulder in the beginning.so feminine. for me it´s these little powerful gestures of bond - that really make me feel home 🙏❤️🙏

I've added the Hungry Hearts chant to the end of my daily morning sitting practice. It's core loving-kindness practice. It feels perfect in that part of my day. I'm starting to learn the Hanuman Chalisa as well.
Thank you❤ I love everyone no matter what. 😘🪷. Jai NEEM KAROLLI BABA MAHARAJ JI KI JAI. More love to you you MAHARAJ JI. Love you ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🪷🪷🪷🪷🪷🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼💕💕💕💕💕🌞🌙🌞🌙🌙❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️🌟🌟🌟
I´d like to leave here my gratitude for Cathy Ginter, who mentioned the lyrics of this wonderful uniqueness heart song... And, if it will be possible, I'd ask to people who share these graceful pieces that try to present, whenever possible, the lyrics of the musics, too (both in English as in Sanscrit...), to allow listeners all over the world to receive in their pilgrim's heart the full message of this Divine Grace. Thanks a lot. Starpilgrim
Bernie seems to have difficulty controlling his verbosity. In another video where KD and Bernie are discussing their Bearing Witness experiences, Bernie can't seem to stop talking. Very annoying.
You’re joking, right? This piece was EDITED that way. Y’know what editing is, right? The part of him speaking was put in afterwards! With the chant continuing in the background. 🙄
This is my favorite! Have you ever played it on a long drive on full blast? It is pure bliss
Yesss...pure bliss!!
Yesss..
I always feel like Krishna's music brings me straight to Maharaji's feet.
How can a song make people cry? Out of all the songs Krisha Da sings, this is the only one whick makes me feel like crying.... what does that mean? why not the other songs? All Glories to Hanuman
I cried myself .. Many times ...
Because it's a slave song?
Because you are connected to lord hanuman...Jay Shri Ram🙏
Because it touches your heart and soul ❤

Yes, it is a translation of a Buddhist text from Japan, used in ceremonies in the temple, so not too strange that the words are very similar.

Beautiful
My favorite singer on UA-cam. Because of KD, started listening to spiritual or mantras. I am sure many others did as well. God bless you. 🙏
I've added the Hungry Hearts chant to the end of my daily morning sitting practice. It's core loving-kindness practice. It feels perfect in that part of my day. I'm starting to learn the Hanuman Chalisa as well.
Pure peace ever exist 😌
i love his music

This is beautiful.
@BelAge Door of Faith, order it from his website-- it's track #6 Gate of Sweet Nectar, is the English part & it's at the end, instead of the beginning
Starpilgrim
I also wish this was standard for all videos! I am still looking for Cindy's comments but wanted to echo your gratitude 😍
You are amazing , I love it 🦋
KD is the best - his voice comes from the heavens.....

This is such a standout from ‘Door of Faith.’ Absolutely love 💕 it. Thank you so much, KD ji and Bernie.
Eddie Vedder
What a poem to chant to Hanuman Chalisa BUT a travesty to start talking over it half way through. what a Shame.
