Thank you for this video. It has answered a lot for me as to why years ago I had a brief yet bizarre dream about my health issues being related to dna transcription and recently when symptoms had become unbearable my biochemist ND pointed me to methylated b vitamins which quickly changed my life, restored my energy, reduced my inflammation and other profound effects. Amazing to learn about some of the basic scientific knowledge behind this. It makes so much sense now. So grateful to better understand WHY. Please continue educating people in such a clear way! It makes a significant difference. I'm inspired to keep learning.

Taking methylated b vitamins not only radically increased my energy and reduced my inflammation as well as stabilized my mood but ALSO noticably reduced or eliminated my cravings for sugars/carbs. I'm assuming this ribose(sic) or DNA sugar piece is related to the why of this. Looking forward to learning more on all aspects of this. Amazing stuff.

Be careful, in the first slide he said and pointed to a ribose back bone while explaining dna structure, and he should have said deoxyribose. Deoxy does not have a hydroxl on carbon 2.

Question..... can anyone explain or give clarity on the following ... does any change to typical Purine & Pyrimidine, folate, B6 or B12 pathways during pre or early post natal periods result in heritable genetics that could be passed from that baby should they procreate in later life?
One thing I'm having a hard time remembering is how methylation turns off genes, I'm pretty sure it coils the dna so that it physically can't be read. Can anyone confirm?

don't worry, vaccines are not made to change your DNA. Your DNA consistantly mutates every second, so you don't need vaccines to do that :)
Deoxiribose or ribose?
Deoxy, no hydroxyl on carbon 2 only one on 3. Im assuming he just misspoke.
