I would imagine that 'Be Our Guest' is first because of the lack of 'enchanted objects' as an ensemble, out of context as a welcome to the audience they may have thought it would make more sense. With the popularity of the film (this show opened the same day as the movie) they have switched 'be Our Guest' back.
