Hey here's a tip you need to know for champion training! When you go to rank up your food you should make sure to put 1-2 brews (if you have them) in the food you consume in the process. From 3 stars and up, but prioritize 4star and 5stars more. For example you sacrificed a bunch of 4 stars to upgrade the food to 5 stars. But if you put brews in the food you sacrificed you would get alot more points in champion training because every point depends on not just rank-ups but also how many levels you get for every champion, including the food.
