Because UA-cam compresses everything to 126 AAC or whatever anyway, there's another point of diminishing returns if setting up for the YT platform... But I can definitely hear the LV8-D problem you showcase, and agree with your conclusion.
Also, you can get a different look with some more dynamic lighting. Looks good as it is, but if you wanna try something new, instead of getting a new camera. I actually just put a video up about this yesterday.
They sound great beside the static
I read someone else complaining of the static with the Movo. They said they reduced the voltage of the phantom power and it cured the issue.

I really don't hear any more self noise than any of your other mics. The sony sounds like it has the most self noise.

No I sent it back and bought the Audio Technica wired lavs. AT8531 They work good.

AT803 but it came in a case with the body pack.
