It did drive me crazy, i looked at lots of tutorial and their tool was all on top, i looked everywhere on how to move it but i didn't see anything for like 15 min until i found this video. I don't know why mine was set up differently although i still didn't touch anything on it.

Very helpful, still! Does anyone know if/how it is possible to customize the "Custom" Toolbar? Ideally I'd like to join the two rows into one... Even better if I could completely arrange/add/remove the icons myself (afaik that's not possible right now)...
