I am 50 years old, became a Raiders fan when Bo Jackson joined the team. In my 34 years of being a Raiders fan, this is (quite possibly) the craziest, most improbable season I can remember. Overcoming so much adversity, controversy, tragedy.... only to win 4 straight and get a playoff berth.

I've been a Raiders fan for my entire life but have never gotten to see them play in person. My GF bought us tickets to this game back in September for my Christmas present, she knew absolutely nothing about football. Fast forward several months later and we got to see the game of the year with the most at stake and WOW it could not have been more perfect! I couldn't have asked for a better first game to attend, let's go get the W vs Cincy Raiders!!!

@@Tanner_Teves I bought two games this year and they were the Dolphins and the Chargers we Sat in 125 right at the Raiders tunnel, both great games but in my 26 years of going to games that Charger game ranks in the top 3 maybe even best game ever. I had no doubt they would win until the big pass play in OT then my heart sank but the D did their job and we celebrated!

My first game ever was when we played the chargers at home game 4. Drunk, defeated, and had to walk 2 miles to the airport right after for a 9 hour flight. I'm glad you got to witness such an amazing game bro!! I can't believe we made it.

I admit it, I CRIED WHEN WE BEAT THE CHARGERS TO FINALLY MAKE THE PLAYOFFS, AGAIN... after all of the drama, controversy and tragedy that our beloved Raiders have had this season, I was overcome with emotions.
I am so incredibly proud of this Raiders team, I knew that this team was different than the other Raiders teams of seasons past, I knew that they had something special about them. This has to be 1 of the mentally, emotionally and physically toughest teams in a very long time. They are unbelievably resilient.
I just want them to keep playing in the Playoffs and Championships and Superbowls!!!

100% a team win. offense, defense, and special teams all made plays. This is a young team too, so they're only just getting started
The defense is terrible mainly the secondary. Allowing 32 points 6 4th down conversions and over time. That's atrocious. If not for the offense scoring 35 this team would of been blown out. Herbert embarrassed the raiders D. If it wasn't for the penalties on the Chargers this game is over. It all ends this weekend burrow is gonna thrown for 400 yards and 3 tds Bengals will put 30 on them
@@syckmusyck6593 Raiders defense isn't bad, it's just they struggle under pressure. They can make big plays yet can't stop the small ones to put the game away.

As a Giants fan I must say that is straight up one of the greatest regular season NFL games I have EVER SEEN. I was literally on the edge of my seat the entire game. Much props to Las Vegas and since I've always been a Derek Carr supporter, I will be rooting for the Raiders in the playoffs.

Been a Raiders fan since I was 9 years old. A year after they beat Washington in the Super Bowl (I know, terrible timing). The worst pain from losses was AFC Championship in 2000 against Baltimore, the Tuck Rule game, and the Super Bowl against Gruden. But this game threatened to be worse than those losses. To be up by 15 with a 4th and 21 facing the Chargers, I was convinced it was over. I felt like I died and was resuscitated like 10 times in this game. The RELIEF when we finally won was like none other I’ve felt. To go through what we went through this season, including the passing of Madden, there was a real chance we were about to lose in one of the most heartbreaking ways. Yes, I now have PTSD. With that said, I’m so proud of this team. We have so much heart! To be in that stadium as we clinched the playoff berth, and to send the Chargers home… Euphoric. A tie would not have felt as good. JUST WIN, BABY!
One of it not my first raider memories was the Superbowl loss to the BUCS. I couldn't understand why my dad and his friends shut the game off at half time to play max Payne. After learning the story behind that season its so much worse lol. So yeah I've been a fan ever since.
Game of the year. One of the best final week games in NFL history. Maybe only exceeded by Dallas vs New York in 1993 (aka The Emmitt Smith Game). To say I'm proud of this team is an understatement. We haven't had a team finish on a four game winning streak since the 1990 Raiders and this team had to win all the games to get in. We're already playing with house money...no one thinks we should be here. But we are.

Yeah, I don't get it. My dad and I both really enjoy listening to Brent and Linc. His play-by-play is, in my opinion, the perfect amount for keeping you informed about what's happening, while Lincoln always has great insider knowledge about the way the game's played. I think they make a great team.

Carrs entrance will always make me shed a tear from my eye….. that shot was so beautiful and it seams that no other team does that for their quarterback, I guess the raiders are just special. I really wish people could know the same love in their life that we know for our raiders. Been an up & down season when we lost to KC thought we weren’t gonna make the playoffs but won 4 straight games and thanks to Jags beating Indy to get us to the playoffs also happy to see Carr in the playoffs last time we made it Carr was injured now we get the opportunity to see DC in the playoffs so Up yours Carr Bashers!

Well said, but we didn’t need Jaguars to beat Indy. It would have been a key helpful piece for us making playoffs by doing nothing if the Ravens also won that day but they didn’t, so instead we needed to win to not fall behind Steelers record wise. That’s why a tie would have propelled us and the Chargers into the last two wild card spot, because both of them beat the Steelers and would have finished 9-7-1 with them.
This was one of the best games ive ever witnessed.
Watching this after the season… I’m gonna miss this team. This raiders team will always hold a special place in my heart. Gonna miss Gus, Yannick , Casey , Zay and DEF Alec Ingold. But, I’m excited to see where our new team will take us in 2022. RN4L 💪
