The shoulder straps are good to pull up from under the airplane seat and to pull it from over the head compartment as well as to pull it from a truly carry on case. All this difficult using the long strap.
Great review. I wonder will they have a Black Friday sale this year. Your link isn’t currently working. I am 5”10 with chunky arms the straps don’t look like they would stay on when carrying on the shoulder. They need a different material.
8:38 those pockets are for me their worst design flaw, it just takes extra space from the inside pocket, being able to fill the toiletries as a tetris is better than always having them at the top and having to pack around it
