Thank you! I recently bought one as a way to stop taking disposable water bottles on camping trips. Should make it easier to just use our refillable bottles for camping, cooking and COFFEE!!! We really want to stop using so much plastic. Plus perfect for when we start working on converting a trailer!! Thanks
At least here, most of the water jugs you get from a supplier (walmart, or a water supplier), they come with a dual cap. Can either peel a sticker off the top of the cap, and that would be the way to flip it over into an office style water system (would pierce that centre piece like how you did with the 3rd party cap), or a rip away strip to remove the entire cap, like how you have your 3 gallon jug (prior to adding that new cap). So keep in mind you may not need the extra cap, if you just remove the sticker from the cap, then pierce the centre

Just take the pump out, and rig the electric switch to your mixer handle somehow. I'd just leave the button since it's already there. But a sink faucet would comply with that flow rate.
I’m finding the weak link for jug pumps is the bottle TOP! Would a piece of “duck” 😉 tape or medical or electrical tape provide a tighter seal for the water pump to remain stable? The water will not be in contact with the tape, so no contamination issue. So many of the electric pumps show that they do not fit threaded or unthreaded tops, but only this with that plastic cap you are showing. Do you have to replace the plastic tops every time you have to refill the bottle?

I would like to use this for a cabin that has no electricity.... If I put a big bowl to use as a sink beside the water bottle would it pour into the sink or would it pour onto the side of the water bottle? Just wondering if the spout reaches far enough?

Wonder if you could put a sawyer water filter inline. You can’t drink the tap water in my country. Yeah you can buy water at the supermarket, but that’s a pain carrying bottled water all the time
Does anyone know the PLASTIC HOSE SIZE? I want to extend it, and create a mount on a countertop, to draw the water from the bottle below it at ground level basically, in an RV conversion... so will need to replace the hose with a longer one...

What's annoying is the emperical system 16 oz my foot. 500ml is not annoying. 16 oz is annoying.
