Despite all of their apparent differences I still consider Peggy and Al Bundy to be the iconic power couple of the eighties and nineties.

A rare moment where Al makes a joke about Jefferson instead of Marcy, and, this time, Marcy is the one who doesn't defend her spouse.

It says so much that we can laugh out loud at that and instantly realize he's making light of how he manages his depression, and not anything else.
“What’s Mr.Potato Head doing here?”
“I don’t know. You married him.”
“Not that Mr.Potato Head. The one that’s actually worth something.”

It's a double meaning. It means both.
It is based on the context.
