Google is becoming a more and more corrupt business as time goes on. I always block ads yet they still come through. Also, in my ad personalization I have ads I don't want to see yet they want to push their agenda and ignore my preferences. Lastly, I have location settings for ads turned off yet where I currently live I keep getting ads based on where I'm at. These people do nothing to improve their services or listen to the desires of their customers.
