This is an impressive recording. I haven't listened to it in years and you're reminding me to dig it out and enjoy it.
This recording made me appreciate more this opera.
Back then they used better microphones and used tubes for recording equipment. Makes it sound more natural. Today, it’s too digital sounding with modern gear.
