There are 2 types of cheques 1. If it is 'Bearer' type payment is liable to pay by Bank who ever carries the instrument irrespective of the name on the cheque written by drawer (Depositer) since instrument confirms the payment either to the name the person or to the bearer of the instrument. To have the information as whom the payment was made, signature on the reverse side is insisted by the Bank. 2. There is another type is 'order ' condition. In such instrument payment can be made to the person in whose name is issued or on the instruction to the 3rd person. The drawer ie, name of the person on the instrument has write on the reverse side as received the contents please pay to ....... This is called endorsement. Then to identify only Bank asks to put his signature to refer the endorser and receiver is one and same person/
Anduku kadamma adhi, first time sign entry appudu checking ki, 2nd sign same person ne money tessukuntunnada ledha ani checking ki, kani bankers ki time leka okesari two signs pettistunnaru, as per bank rules this practice is wrong.
