I don’t care what anyone says, Paris is genuinely the most caring person. I been watching for almost 6 years and you’re as real as day one. Thank you Paris
My former employer suffered the same thing. He had hundreds of fake pages using his pics and the info in his bio, and every time he updated his page, they updated the scam pages. People really thought he was doing a giveaway. He never announced one. Some emailed his business email address (which was technically sent me, his virtual assistant) claiming funds were stolen from them because of the scam. Ya’ll please pay attention to the signs and red flags. There are ways to tell if a page is fake or not. Influencers ALWAYS announce when they do giveaways. Stay safe.
You are literally the only person I trust with product reviews so I know better!!!! You ain’t NEVA lied. IN PARIS WE TRUST 🙏🏾 Edit: this also has been happening to a lot of UA-camrs lately I don’t see how ppl fall for it. If it isn’t the UA-camrs real UA-cam name I ignore it
I’m definitely part of the Catch a Scam Nation. I live for trolling scammers on my free time lol. Unfortunately I have a lot more free time because I got laid off earlier this week. I was working in cybersecurity, so I love taking down scammers. Made a career out of it 😂
@ToBaby我爱你 oh wow! It took that long to get another job?! That’s stressful as hell too. Glad to hear that your hubby is getting back on his feet tho! I’m hoping to bounce back as soon as possible. May have to consider pivoting out of tech since there were soooo many layoffs in bigger companies like Google and Microsoft
@ToBaby我爱你 thanks girl! I hope so. I sure have been getting some BULLSHIT job opportunities in my LinkedIn inbox lately 😂 but the good stuff will be coming soon!! I’m staying positive
I've gotten that kinda scam reply on two other people's channel before. Its obviously a scam cause why wouldn't they message on their official channel? These scmmers doing too much 💀
No cuz I've been seeing these scams in different UA-camrs comment sections I really don't understand why people go out of their way to scam people and is pleased with doing shit like that smh
It’s lucrative af. But as most things that are lucrative, you have to be unscrupulous. If I had no morals and knew how to code I’d be scamming too 🤭 Luckily I don’t feign for money like that.
You can block certain words on comments to prevent this such as the words giveaway, won, prize You can add a list of words and phrases that you don’t want to show in comments to your blocked words lists. Comments containing or closely matching these terms may be held for review for up to 60 days, unless they’re from someone on your approved user list. Live chat messages containing or closely matching these terms will also be blocked. Comments with blocked words can be reviewed and approved on your Comments page, under the “Held for review” tab
I really can't believe any internet user above 13 years old fell for these scam comments, I've been reporting that crap since they started popping up 😂
This has been happening in pretty much every big UA-camrs comment section for a while now. I know every single time I comment, I get a scammer commenting on it.
I have a crochet and yarn dyeing channel and I get this on most of my videos but especially my giveaways. I've warned about it to death! It's irritating. I can't keep up with taking the comments down and reporting etc. I've made pinned comments and community posts and warnings through shorts.
I haven’t watched the full video yet but according to the thumbnail, it’s been happening to a lot of UA-camrs and it’s honestly sad ppl try to scam others 😕
I got hit up by one of these guys ones. I'll admit, there's a rush when you first think one of your favorite UA-camrs is talking to you. But you gotta turn your brain on after the initial dopamine rush, creators don't just reply to random comments unless they say they're going to in the video.
I had a message like this for Kristen Leanne it was hilarious like asking me to pay for the shipping of said prize for like £111.95 or something like that 😂😂
Be careful out there. Honestly, I've had so many of these "comments." to reply on different comments I left on several different creators. Honestly, I used to do fanedits of different shows back when UA-cam was first a thing, and this was in like 2008 at least when I first started making content. There would be this one person, or machine who knows that would basically copy everything about a channel even uploading some of the videos we had on our accounts. (Most of these videos people would spend hours to days on.) I'm sure being a create yourself you understand this. Anyway they would change just one little thing in the username, and go around and bully people. At least they weren't trying to take money from people. Gosh, UA-cam really needs to do something.
Same thing happened to my mom. There’s a hairbraider that asks for a deposit before the appointment. Then they use her number and address so that the customer goes there. She got angry calls asking why she isn’t there and to get her money back and stuff.
They had commented on one of my comments and it did catch me off guard bc that was the first on your videos. It was so obvious to me what was going on so I just didn’t take it serious. I feel bad that people actually got scammed.
Those bots are all over big youtubers' pages, you're far from the only one! I agree it should be obvious they're not real but some people are gullible.
hun no people your age, my age, paris’s age and older have been falling for this scam. And they don’t want to believe the youtuber after they tell them it’s not them. They still are angry about it because they are stupid.
I received the same message on another UA-camrs comments but it felt red flagish. What made it worse was the woman was preaching. These scammers are wildd !!
I got this type of reply twice, on two different videos that I commented on 💀💀💀💀💀💀💀. I definitely found that sketchy. Then I saw the same reply on other comments of the videos 💀💀💀. This channels have like one subscriber, don't fall for it guys!
I like the ones that say, "You have won $1,000,000.00! All you have to do is pay a processing fee of $5,000.00'', or something to that effect! WTF?? If I won that much, deduct the fee from the account and send me a cashier's check!
It’s not even with specifically UA-camrs there’s ppl on my Instagram that is posing as people i went to high school with trying to make me click a link to put malware on my devices
These bot threads see ‘scam’ in the title and start running 😂 I’m telling you these bots are getting advanced the past 2 years. They do anything. From impersonation. To posting strange UA-cam links. P*rn bots copy-paste comments of real people to seem relevant while they have suggestives names and profile pictures. On twitter, the bots are even capable of scanning tweets that pertain to psychedelic mushrooms. Then they come running under normal threads and suggest you buy drugs from some rando on instagram lmaoo. It’s sick 🤯
correct me if i'm wrong, but isn't there a setting where you can filter out comments that have specific words in them? like you can filter out "giveaway" "telegram" "shortlisted" etc.
This is happening to everyone on UA-cam. Almost every youtubers video I comment on now, I get a reply from a scam account. I report them all immediately.
Paris is a genuine, caring person. This person who framed her is LOW and pathetic. DON'T EVER GO AFTER PARIS like that again. Her followers are coming after you.
I got the message too but the name HeyPparis then two days later the name changed. Funny enough the way the person text or TRIED to hold a conversation I knew it wasn’t her very illiterate
Also if you get scammed by a youtubers "profile", the real one does not owe you anything! Its not them doing it, so dont run to them talking bad on their name saying they stole from you. They dont owe you any money if you send it without looking into it first. Another thing is these creators will more than likely never ask you or any of their subscribers for money.
Someone tried to do this to me under one of my comments on the Beverly Halls channel. I regret not screenshotting it. It currently just shows there's a comment but nothing there anymore. I think they got the situation taken care of.
AND YALL DONT TRY SCAMMING ME TALKING BOUT YOU GOT SCAMMED, IMMA ASK FOR ALLLLLL THE RECIPTS ! BUT I AM HERE TO HELP ANYONE EFFECTED ..
affected*
I wouldn’t help someone too stupid to help themselves. If they got scammed that’s on them not you.
Not y’all trying to scam Paris when she trying to help those scammed 🤣🤣 the scammer opportunists never sleep LOL
SRB
thanx / I did lose money in a coke machine ,... but / thanx
that is not your job to pay those people back paris 😂 they’re dumb for being so zesty to win a fake giveaway
I don’t care what anyone says, Paris is genuinely the most caring person. I been watching for almost 6 years and you’re as real as day one. Thank you Paris
been watching her since in was 12 in 2016, shes the best
@@tonhadacosta6726 me too!
@@tonhadacosta6726 same!!!
Paris is a QUEEN. We're going to protect the queen here
I’m sorry but there’s no way y’all fell for this 💀💀💀💀
Lol unless these are her young viewers.
i’m sayying 😭😭
😂😂😂😂😂
That’s what I’m saying. Come on now 😂😂
ima be so real anyone who fell for this scam is kinda…. not all there. lmfaoo
like i don’t even mean to be rude but the username alone is sus and then they said telegram??????? like be fr 😭😭😭 why would she use telegram
😂😂😂 like seriously ppl are really lacking common sense
truee thats basic internet safety like don't click random links that look sus😅
Tbh Forreal lol
It's literally the most basic scam and anyone who falls for it must be new to the internet lol

Yes it’s so easy to tell the difference
If someone falls for that it’s natural selection at that point 💀
I’m surprised they got people with these scams, but I’m glad you spoke on this to warn any one who might not be aware. It’s real sad
Same , I've seen the same scam comments under other UA-cam videos. Never thought someone would actually fall for it
@@jray5907 they are EVERYWHERE. Gaming channels, self care channels, they tryna get everybody 😭
@Lulu’s Madness I've gotten them reply to me too, UA-cam needs to do something about it. Thankfully most of us know a scam when we see it.
Yeah it's kinda nuts that people still fall for these scams but not everyone has common sense.. No offense to the people who got scammed 🤷
Lol I just don’t reply to people,to avoid this situation.
I kinda think the people saying they fell for the scam is scamming. Lol!
I agree! Smh
No offence but it’s 2023… how are people still falling for these scams?😅
Ive been watching her for 8 years. And never heard her scamming ppl. She is such a nice person

I’m here eaaaaarly, glad you’re bringing some awareness. People be falling for these scams more and more lately
It’s normal, we’re in times of economic desperation. Plus there are gullible kids and teens on the internet too, so… these scam bots are lucrative
I’m trying to understand how they fell for it tho 😩 it’s so obvious it’s fake
This happened to me too on my channel in the comments! I blocked them and you can block keywords like whatsapp so the comments dont go !

No wayyyyy these scams are getting out of hand
J A I L You’re going to Jail Paris, for putting Torys dad in there😩😭😭😭 That was so iconic😂😂😂I cant even breathe from seeing that clip😩😭😭😭
the fact that people actually believe that is funny💀 the person can’t even spell official 🤣🤣🤣
I knew it was a scam when they said I was getting an iPhone, like I know my girl is living good but she ain’t Oprah lol.
Love you girl 😘
I haven’t watched the full video yet but according to the thumbnail, it’s been happening to a lot of UA-camrs and it’s honestly sad ppl try to scam others 😕
When you scammers and fake pages... You really know you've made it.!!! It's a sad shame people make their lives about getting over on other people.
if people were falling for that kind of comment, that's on them at that point💀
I could click any faster. Who out here framing PARISSSS!!! You will be dealt with!

The amount of bot comments talking about crypto down here is alarming 😂

correct me if i'm wrong, but isn't there a setting where you can filter out comments that have specific words in them? like you can filter out "giveaway" "telegram" "shortlisted" etc.
Lol 😂man I would have known right off the back that was a scam 🤣🤣🤣 that don’t even make sense
Almost every UA-cam video I comment on has somebody trying to scam me like that and it’s so obvious it’s fake. Who fell for that?

That telegram is scamming on all UA-camrs comments, I've noticed.
Off topic but your natural hair is beautiful !!!!
never clicked on a video so fast! good morning from Australia x
I got the message too but the name HeyPparis then two days later the name changed. Funny enough the way the person text or TRIED to hold a conversation I knew it wasn’t her very illiterate
Your first clue-huge clue/ that something is fake is if they use the word “kindly”
I have gotten so many of those telegram scam email, I just delete and report it every time
Also if you get scammed by a youtubers "profile", the real one does not owe you anything! Its not them doing it, so dont run to them talking bad on their name saying they stole from you. They always get scam and find the real person after they get scam 🤦♀️
Ppl fall for that???! Y’all. C’mon!!!!! Common sense
No ppl need to bffr at this point🤦🏽♀️ content creators names are literally highlighted in grey
