Fascinating! That schematic made my head hurt.
The Vinylverse yeah this schematic is a bit wild and hard to read in places. I hate how they grouped all the power supplies together in one spot.
Sorry Russ! I know I screwed up but I'll admit that I had no idea what I was doing and thought I could just swap out caps. Just keep track of what you replace and I'll reimburse you. Thanks again for doing this.
Hey man, don't sweat it. Either way I'd probably want to swap those old caps anyway. Like I said in the video, I wasn't trying to bust your chops! :) I was actually going to cut that out, but I figured I'd leave it in as a heads-up to anyone that wants to do this. Capacitor sizing is tricky and can be confusing!
I get it. It's not something that you should just tackle without any knowledge. No worries. I'm just glad you are doing it.
I wouldn't say that. It's all about learning! I've left plenty of blown up stuff in my wake, believe me.
