Bro I have A Asus prime Z790 p paired with 14600k and Corsair vengeance DDR5 5200Mhz So I oc the to 5400Mhz and cpu to 5.8Ghz with 1.45 core cpu voltage It's booting but when I try to run a benchmark in XTU(Intel Xtreme tuning utility) the app just crashes but I tried to benchmark in Asus CPU Z it's ran fully but the temperature were reaching 87°-89° What should I do?

Get a 13th gen CPU if your budget allows it'll be much better , you can pair it with ddr4 motherboard even a z690 DDR4 board will do the job
