Thanks for sharing. I am in my 50s and plan to retire next year. Considering my final property play after selling my two condos. With $4 mil equity, cash and CPF what do you recommend as my next property without loan if I want to generate a passive income of $5k per mth. I need min of 3 bedrooms for myself and my adult children. Would you recommend landed?
Thanks for sharing, I’m holding one condo unit now and plan to upgrade in next 2 or 3 years. Noted current market have freehold/999 Terrance house around 2.5-2.8 mil, is it worth to buy or select same budget condo is better?
Thanks for sharing! I recognize that the comment was made in passing, but how much does adding a pool impact your valuation? Assuming a decent size pool.
Do you think its ok to buy a landed house thats not situated in a big landed enclave? Those small clusters of landed houses near HDB flats. Does it affects the resale value due to the lack of exclusivity? I love the convenience of coffeeshops, bus stops and supermarkets nearby.
Installment is easier to manage for 2 condos cos the rental from the investment prop will cover installment. Whereas installment for landed is high. Both are good choices 👍
Huat Kueh, why don't you start a company to be investment vehicle and develop a condo. You get all your subscribers to crowd fund you like shareholders.
Singapore is priced to perfection like Nvidia. Like a 80x PE stock. If there are any regional instabilities there’s a lot of downside too. Nothing is guaranteed.
@@Godfather1921_melo how is singlish proper english? i think singlish has a place in a colloquial setting and essentially uniquely singapore but perhaps less ideal when speaking to a wide audience of different origins.
let just say u r not his target audience. just like gen z lingo which u would have substanital problems understanding. singlish is something only native or real naturalised sinkie understand. would advise you to stay 10-20 years in the heartlands if you are keen to understand singlish. 学习一个文化需要努力,长年累月的付出,并非一朝一夕就能掌握。
If he's not your cup of tea then look for other speakers. Its a tall ask to expect him to change when hes been doing this all these while. Besides, he has his own share of success while speaking this way.

i wished the speaker wld speak in a more presentable way and in proper english. My chinese friends asked me if all Singaporeans speak like that....
I think he speaks proper english and I enjoy the Singlish throughout the journey, btw , I am native Chinese speaker.
