I agree or any other electric that may be within their budget. Even the more mid-price stuff Hyundai Kona electric and Chevrolet Bolt EV. Are reasonably quick especially zero to 30 or 40. Much quicker than your average budget vehicle. The lower end Teslas also tend to slow a bit once past 60 mph The P100Ds and higher end trims of other Teslas do tend to continue to pull to higher speeds. But if you just want a zippy around town car really any electric is going to satisfy you pretty well versus a similar gas car.
I test drove a Tesla and two weeks later I ended up ordering one. I’ve had it for a year now and I love driving it. That instant torque is amazing. I have to test the instant torque daily lol.

I've seen one of these race away from a set of lights in front of me whilst I was driving. I wouldn't describe it as having accelerated away it was more like it teleported into the distance. Absoulete insanity.
I watched this video. I used to drive a hellcat. I had to experience the car for myself. So last Friday we went and drove one and we also drove the model X performance. We traded in both of our cars and brought home two of these. So awesome

Tesla’s sales model is: Butts in Seats. Once people get to feel the ev, it plants a seed of they want to own a Tesla soon.
That is 100% true. I was a total EV hater. Only bought Porsches, Alfa's and Rovers...Until...I drove a Model S.

I'll tell you Luke, you won't regret getting one. The feeling never gets old. My petrol cars get loved on the weekends and this takes me to work.
As a daily I could now totally imagine having one, such a relaxing car to drive and I just love that big center screen.
Cars with Luke Not to mention the FSD. I use it 80% of my 40 mile commute. Totally relaxing.
