Hi 2realmom! I can see where you are coming from; however, my evenly placing the business envelope (see time stamp 3:24) on the bigger envelope was an intentional design principle. The reason is: If you don’t cut the ends of the business envelope off evenly, then the middle of your flap (the round point part) will not end up in the center of your business envelope when you glue the flap back on. I believe having the round point part in the center looks much nicer than having it off to one side or the other. I think if you rewatch the video, you will see what I mean!
