The bottle shape sachet is a popular drinking water packaging. It is also can be designed stand-up pouch. The operator fingers only touch the outside of the bag. Before filling, the pure water/ drinking water has been sterilized by UV light or ozone. If your products are juice/yogurt etc, it must be heated and UHT, and also has been sterilized by water bath pasteurization after packing.

Everyone knows that pure water needs RO treatment system, ultraviolet sterilization, ozone sterilization, filling in an aseptic workshop, operators need to wear overalls and so on. Question 1) where can I get plastic for water?
2) it will not work in many countries because of quantity of plastic use in bottle
3) $4000 is not a problem but there is one problem.. Once you open it you have to drink all water as you can't close it and have to throw away so what is a solution for that.

3. It seems that you are not aware of the drinking water market in underdeveloped countries, you can try to search and learn. You can drink it all at once, or you can pour it in a cup.

In India we have very strict law not like China..
