Thanks Susana! Ironically, this was a perfect video! 😄I genuinely feel bad for people who haven't found this channel yet. They're missing out. This channel is one of the great blessings in my life.

i was rejected by my best friend growing up many times. made me become a people pleaser, attention seeker, and perfectionism in who i thought i had to be. developed OCD and clinical perfectionism which i have been in treatment for since the start of the year. it really is difficult carrying these wounds from childhood around because if youre sense of self was abandoned as a child its difficult to find again. however, your videos resonate a lot. i watched your daydreaming video first as this is what im working on this week. ever since childhood ive fantasised about being wanted, loved, competent etc. its difficult to stay in reality but i have to do it. have you read jung? i feel like the way you talk about projections and healing from the inside is very similar

Thank you for watching and for being here :) I appreciate you and your words!! Thank you ☺No, I have never! I don't know that author but to be honest with you I don't really like to read 😅😅 I like to watch things instead 😁 Sending you love and healing :)

@@susanaamaralsilva thats really interesting. i saw one of your videos and you mentioned the golden shadow. it was jung who first popularised the personal shadow, meaning everything we repress out of fear, judgement etc. you might like some of his work - he also talks about healing from parents as they can imprint themselves on our brains. ive been studying him since the start of the year too. looking forward to more insightful videos

@@dylanlawrenceholland3295 Yees the golden shadow... I love that because of my fear of shining/being seen. Thank you so much :) Hopefully I will win over my fears and be more consistent with my videos :)
