I have the Rebar and when wind storms happen, sometimes my screens in my windows pop out a little and the flat driver on my Rebar is priceless for prying it back in. When I am cutting my grass, I will see the screen and I can stop, pull my Rebar out and fix it and go back to cutting grass. This prybar on the 300M would probably be a little better.
I just bought this yesterday on the leatherman website. I don't see anywhere that it says it still includes the bit kit and driver. I bought everything separately. I hope it does come with those extras!
I do construction and playing in the woods is my hobby so I actually really value a saw in my toolkit and Leatherman does a good job for the small size. The 90 degree spine also makes a great Ferro rod scraper in a camping or survival scenario to get your fire going
Man called 'em out for the tactical tanto awl I'm dead 😂😂😂 I got the 300m on the way. I don't like having saws on my multitools since I don't go around sawing stuff, and I really liked the idea of the bit holder since I mostly use leathermen for emergency motorcycle repairs. Felons can't own guns in my state so I guess I won't be scraping much carbon.
Well I will probably return my 300M when I get it (it is enroute now). I was under the understanding that there was a saw in it (just not the removable one like the surge). I need a saw. It will go back when it gets here. I will just get a plain 300. What a let down!!!!
@@jeremybryant5778 Just my opinion, I think the saw makes it a little more versatile. Screwdrivers / pliers for the city, saw for the outdoors (cut wood / strike a ferro rod etc.... My opinion is that it keeps a multi tool more usable in all circumstances.
Aw man.. I didn’t even realize my 300M didn’t have the saw just noticed now. Kinda disappointed with it now. Oh well. Still have my signal for sawing I guess.
Nice Channel... Subscibed! Would love to see a Bushcraft tool by Leatherman. Till then i prefer Victorinox tools because of their excellent processing.
Welcome my dude! If Leatherman did make a more bushcraft minded tool, what would you want to see in it? That's a world in which I'm not well versed but I can imagine a Vic being easier to wield than a Signal...

I will always appreciate Leatherman releasing specialty tools. I feel the same about the saw too, the pry bar is much more useful to me.
@Bravo 4 hmm I never thought of that 🤔
I ordered the cutters for EOD for 2 of my Surges. After all Surge can cut behind the plier head.
You may like Coyote I dislike that. I would like to see OD Green.
OD Green would be sick, to be sure. I'd support that.

Yea it’s hard to get around on needing something like a saw. What makes the saw so necessary?
@@DaveLikesKnives I think it would be good when RV'ing for kindling when making a fire.
Ah, that makes sense
Yeah it's really useful when you need a fire

they have not a saw.i think saw is the basic tool.
Leatherman doesn’t sell chainsaws
Wondering if Leatherman could squeeze a mini chainsaw into one of their products:D
