Drill & catch with the funniest 5yo! Ft. Isabelle Ng

Sometimes, there are pieces that students really dislike or can’t get at home, even if they practice.
Somtimew though, they simply don’t have the confidence - which is highly associated with note reading. That’s why when you get the kids to read the notes out loud and tell them to play it, they’ll realise how easy it is - which then boosts their confidence.

5yo energetic Addie (at the time of the recording) is 2 weeks into coming back from holidays, so she needs some help to get back into drilling.
SO!! Apparently they LOVE playing Drill & Catch!
Also, you may notice the Mum is not in the lesson and that’s because we are trialing “no Mum in room” to see if Addie’s focus can be better. Sometimes, some kids love their Mum too much 🤣
