It was said by chu or one of the demons yusuke fought that even tho Yusuke’s is using his full power the rei-gun adds extra levels to him when he uses it. Let’s not forget. Yusuke also gets stronger each time he is getting beat to a pulp as it was stated by Younger Toguro. As far as that Genkai stated Yusuke is able to destroy the planet. Edit: There’s also a rough estimate of Yusuke’s full power to be up to 1.2M Power level. It’s probably way higher but that’s the estimate rn since he faced someone who was atleast 1.5M Power Level.
