Eric this is the best I've ever seen someone explain someone setting up a Google Ads campaign to people who have never used the platform before. You are a born teacher my man. I used these exact strategies years ago when I worked a marketing agency a few years back with a slight caveat. Like you, we targeted buyers, but instead of gating listings, we had them submit a form in exchange for updates on open houses in the area. Both our methodologies essentially target brokers to sell for other brokers... good stuff.
I currently work in digital marketing and web design for a company and I just began my pre-registration course. I'm looking forward to using my marketing skills to have a slight advantage in the leads department, this was a great refresher!
@@ericbpreston I do with retail and for a bit was a Sales Rep for a radio station, also commission based. Past jobs have me believe I could work in RE, but it's new territory for me.

I wish you best of luck in your new journey - it's a tough market to start out in real estate so you gotta surround yourself with the right people.
Hey Marco, to add or assign extensions at the ad group level: > go to Ad groups > then ads & extensions > select extensions From there you will then see if the extensions are added at an account, campaign or ad group level. If you have current extensions that you only want at a ad group level you can select them and then choose ‘edit’ Or if you want to create new extensions, just click on add extensions (or blue ‘+’) from here you just need to make sure that you have selected to assign them at the ad group level. What are your thoughts on using KV Core for redirecting to a search landing page from the ad and nurture those Google ad leads ? Real Geeks all the way or can it be done too with KV Core?
Yea you can do the same thing with kvcore or mostly any platform with an IDX for that matter :) In kvcore you just set up a squeeze page and send traffic there - it's quite easy!
$10/click with Kvcore is much higher than I'd expect! Have you tried using my free PPC cheatsheet to set up your campaign? Link in video description to download! Usually kvcore clicks for my campaigns are under $1/click.

What if my CPC/automated bid for that keyword is $10 and i set a daily budget of $10.. does that mean after 1 click the ad will not be visible during that day anymore?
@@ericbpreston I'm not running a campaign currently.. Hence no strategy.. Just trying to understand is it worth spending if I have a 10dollar cpc.. My ad won't even show up after one click.. I don't see wat returns I wud get.. Guess Google ads is really expensive

How to set the duration/days of the ad?
Love this video. The only thing I’m confused on is how to add extensions at the add level, and not the campaign level.

Glad you mentioned the need for conversion processes to make any lead program work. However the background music is very distracting and unnecessary.

@@con_rad_it_is In real estate your CPC will not be $10, but more like $.50 to $1,00 depending on what keywords you target.
