Sometimes the Girls can be a little harsh as this album shows. I remember one time late 1980's(?) when they were playing at the Mason Jar in Phoenix, AZ and some nearby female complained next to me when the Girls were going to stop tuning up and play, and as this album shows, they had been playing for a while, and its hard to tell the difference.

+MoonRa1969 yeh it took me a few listens to get into it honestly, but once I got over the hump I absolutely fell in love with the raw energy of the record. A lot of SCG tracks seem to lack structure, but that's simply due to the nature of improvisation. It contributes to a big part of their allure I reckon
