He did a hell of a job. He's left big shoes to fill, and not just as the Athletic Director. Thank you, Jack! ☘

Talk about God sending Notre Dame the right person at the right time. Jack did an amazing job.
When I look back on all the challenges Notre Dame Athletics faced over the time of his tenure - I can’t imagine where we would be if anyone else had been at the helm. I was so sad when I heard he was stepping down.
I wish Jack the very best in his well-earned retirement, and wish Pete the best of luck guiding the program going forward.

I seriously don't know of a more loved athletic director ever at Notre Dame or anywhere else.

Never got or heard of one splinter from ND Stadium’s bleachers.

Can we all stop celebrating the former chief counsel for US Gymnastics under Larry Nasser’s reign of terror?

Jack Swarbrick is complicit in Larry Nassar’s crimes. It’s so sad how this fact keeps getting swept under the rug.
