I am making a cardigan for 10years old grand daughter and it is coming perfectly, I feel after the border if I make this pattern 3 times , and continue plain how does it look, because if I make the whole cardigan with this pattern it may be too Lacy, may be delicate to handle please suggest.

Please follow the stitch pattern carefully
Cast on a multiple of 8, + 3 sts.
Row 1 and all wrong side rows: Pur all sts.
Row 2 - right side: K1, * k2tog, k1, yo, k1, ssk, k2; rep from * to the last 2 sts, k2.
Row 4: * K2tog, k1, (yo, k1) twice, ssk; rep from * to last 3 sts, k3.
Row 6: K2, * yo, k3, yo, k1, ssk, k1; rep from * to last st, k1.
Row 8: K4, * k2tog, k1, yo, k1, ssk, k2; rep from * to the last 7 sts, k2tog, k1, yo, k1, ssk, k1.
Row 10: K3, * k2tog, k1, (yo, k1) twice, ssk; rep from * to the end.

+Knitting Stitch Patterns Hi, im not here to complain, coz i like ur vids very much, but u shoud put a sentence in the tutorial, that "dont be confused if u see after the 2nd row you will have 4 stitches less, compared to the amount of stitches which u've casted on.Im doing this pattern now with 35 sts, and after the 2nd row i had only 31, but i thinks that's normal, because after the 6th row i got back the missing 4 sts, due to the algorythm of the 6th row:) but i was confused a bit, i thought i was missed somwhere. when i started over and happened again, i continued, and noticed after the 6th row i've got back.

Remove plus three and do multiples of eight than write pattern down and remove all or cross out all the stitches that are not the repeats (hope you understand this part) and change all k to p or p to k for all even/wrong side rows and it ready for knitting in the round...I learned this from iknitwithcatfur on UA-cam (forgot her name) she even has written introductions to download and of course her video....hope this helps! :)
