Sir highly confused and need your guidance to understand. When a promoter sells stake and clarifies it’s required to fund working capital to invest in developing required infrastructure to service a big order received: 1. Working capital is different than Capex (infrastructure) 2. Stake sell money will go to promoters and if they invest back into business then they’ll increase their equity again so isn’t this cyclical or equity dilution? Is this behavior appropriate? 3. Is the clarification not fishy for reasons mentioned above ?
