To explain Delta’s abilities: She gains damage based on how much attack she has. If she has 5000 atk she has a baseline 100% damage buff (this is before her TA that gives a stacking 50% attack buff which translates into insane damage increases) For her arts gen ability, she basically gains 10arts/sec if she has full HP but the amount goes down the less HP she has Having delta myself I will say her damage buff ability is insane, she out damages my SMiyu in the Damage Battle stage (last mission in part 2 of Eminence in Shadow Crossover Missions)
Eminence in shadow units gets a damage boost just for being in that battle so the last part can be biased. Try it in the free practice to see if that stays the same
