Ok, sooo for examplo you desing your bjt at saturation point so it acts as a switch, your Ic = 500mA, and your Vce = 25mV, then obviously this dissipates some power and according to the thermal resistance equivalente circuit your junction temperature rises, and Ic increases and MAGICALLY Vce stays constant or increases (violating Ohms Law) and the cicle repeats and the temperature at the junction increases infinitly ... Something is not right here.
