Wind tour's never really been a stand-out track for me, but this arrange's been one of my favorites for a long while. It's actually been a while since I actually listened to this one, since it doesn't seem to be anywhere on UA-cam anymore, but the instrumentation somehow got lodged in my head a few days ago and wouldn't shut up until I had a listen.
That being said, I was having trouble a bit of trouble over deciding whether or not to upload this:
    1. The track's by Pizuya's Cell, and I've heard of ambiguous reports of takedowns (and have noticed that a lot of arranges made by Pizuya's Cell have also been taken down/privatized, probably voluntarily).
    2. My first upload was from them too, which goes against my efforts to upload from a variety of arrangers.
    3. Had trouble finding a picture/title (more on that later)
The second point's pretty irrelevant when considering that I've already uploaded multiple Foxtail Grass arranges. The first poses both questions of both morals (if Pizuya was the one issuing the takedowns) and convenience (if this channel were to be taken down). After a bit of research, though, apparently there were no actual reports of Pizuya's Cell expressly discouraging uploads. The album also happens to be 7 years old at this point, so in my eyes that's a green light. (As for the convenience factor, this channel was originally designed as convenience to myself, so not uploading this would be a disservice to my memory loss-addled self several years later)
The album's pretty decent overall, but this one (and the rendition of Infinite Nightmare) really stands out. Definitely has a lot more instrument variety than the other tracks on the album, not to mention energy variance--something about the way the arrange transitioned from anticipation to frenzy to melancholy was pretty great. It made me think about using more than one picture for this, but unfortunately this isn't that kind of channel and I'm not that kind of guy.
Obviously, the varied nature of the track made it sort of hard to pick a title. Ended up going with "Acoustic" despite its vague meaning, since the only other word I could think of to describe this track is "tension", but "Touhou Tension" just sounds weird.
