- ***this is just the outer case disassembly, felt like i would mess things up so decided not to do complete apart.
***back side only has 4 screws,i said 5, 1 of the hole with -negative screw is an adjustment. you don't have to remove that.

This video did the trick. Taking this machine apart seemed like a lost cause until I watched your video. Also all oil points and recommendations were spot on. Can say it hasn’t sounded this good since the day I unboxed it.

Limpie la maquina y no baja la aguja. La manilla gira, pero donde se coloca el enhebra el hijo esta fijo y debería subir y bajar
I unscrewed all screw and pushed on the two retaing lugs as described on tutorial and it's impossible to remove the plastic part. It strongly retained on the side which have the wheel. Ididn't see where it's retained

Gracias, mi máquina es este modelo y hace un ruido como de vibración cuando coce a velocidad media, cose bien pero hace un ruido molesto. Yo creo que le falta limpieza y aceite porque la tengo hace 3 años y no me anime a desarmar la para limpiarla, solamente en la zona de la bovina, pero el ruido viene de la zona de donde esta la perilla de puntadas, con tu video me ánimo a abrirla .😅😂. Gracias

Hi. I read that it has a lot of cheap plastic. Do you think that it has a good structure, or is it really cheap plastic ?. After having used it for some time now, what do you think of the machine? Is it worth spending on it?. Or better spend on a Singer 4423?
+YafuLinux Hi . I have toyota jeans too. If i have to compare with that it's bit plasticy . But i i am sure its not a cheap plastic for sure. I have dropped it's small compartment many times but nothing has happened to it. They tried to make beautiful colored machine so they made it bit shiny. I love this machine. Trust me . You will too.
Thank you. Have you tried the Toyota J26 with thin/delicate fabrics? How about it works with the darning plate (feed dog cover) for free motion darning/quilting)?
Ya, it does fine on the thin/delicate fabrics but you need to be extra careful on every stitch it does. and make sure to change the small size needle. Haven't used the darning plate so can not tell you about it . Thanks
