- It is Summer time and we all look forward to sipping on some cold juice or drink, instead of food. This Cashew juice not only quenches your thirst, but gives us good nutrition too. Imagine the Cashew fruit has six times more Vitamin C than an Orange!
Look out for yellow coloured Cashew fruits as they are more juicy and sweet too.

🤦🏻♀️hey Kalpana, in Cashew fruit...front 1/2 inch and back 1/2 inch has to be cut first and thrown! ....tyachyaat dinkh asta...which is not good for health! ALWAYS IN GOA...WE FO THIS FOR JUICE, BUT NOT FOR HURRAK OR FENI! pls take this tip from me...kaaran, mi nehemi juice karte...Well Kaaju Nira is another process...resting this type of cashew juice ( not ground /processed in juicer) after 6 hours becomes Nira.
