Completely subjective and the standard is created by the media. They made Michael Jordan the standard for being GOAT. You can’t be a GOAT being a point forward and a facilitator apparently. You have to be a scorer and shoot 30 times a night to show a killer mentality.
He says "Never Say Never..." and then proceeds to say "We will Never see another player that mimics LeBron..." You can't argue with Ignorance or Hypocrisy...

Kobe said it best, "Jordan's technique was flawless". Lebron game is not flawless. He takes advantage of his size, but his game has many holes. Lebron is no better than KD, Curry, AD, or Kawhi. Slightly objective, ever since mama durant got him on her payroll he keeps sayin kd is the best when we all know he only looked good bec of the stacked team that is the warriors
How someone can be objective if you say Xxxx will never take the throne. Lebron could score 100 points each game from here to his retirement and they still come on excuses.
He said there's nothing LeBron could do to surpass MJ so that's not an objective standpoint that means that LeBron could have Win 4 more rings and he still wouldn't put him over MJ that's just nostalgia

@@suryaprakash24 its not about nostalgia bias with people that have the opinion that jordan was better its about the fact the guy has more titles and didnt have to form a super team to get his first two. He's not a hater, but he's already admitted that there's nothing lebron can do to surpass mj, so he's already biased. Using the finals record like mj only played 6 years is a stupid argument. LeBron got put out early many years too And didn't make the playoffs last season. Mj never missed the playoffs not even as a rookie when it was all about Lakers and Celtics
That's illogical, the comparison to MJ is made simply because he came first. If LeBron was around in the 80's and 90's and MJ was playing now, the comparison would be MJ to LeBron. Pretty simple to understand.

@@dnn32 Lebron has never won without Stars how are you going to hold that against Curry too. I don't think Curry is the best PG yet but he definitely is right behind Magic. 2 more rings and at least 2 FMVPS and he gets it. The greatest shooter of all time, only unanimous MVP ever and his impact on the court as one of the best ever next to Jordan earns him extra points.
When you blame Lebron for losing in the finals, what you're doing is blaming him for being good enough to get a team that isn't the best to the finals. Blaming Lebron for the 4 he lost in Cleveland is like blaming Jimmy Butler for losing this current series. What was Jimmy supposed to do? Be better than MJ and Lebron combined?
No but you also don’t hold jimmy and lebron to the same standard correct? Is the conversation is jimmy butler the goat? No. It’s lebron. So that’s why but it’s not necessarily a knock but can you call it a plus? We giving out effort trophies now?
Big difference between Jimmy and LeBron. Jimmy never quit on the Heat. LeBron got swept TWICE in the finals. Miami showed heart and grind. LeBron didn't show up in his last game for Cleveland. His Finals record has nothing to do with it-people would die to make the NBA finals 10 TIMES-it's very impressive. But Jimmy ran out of gas last night. It was obvious how tired he was lifting the injured riddled Miami Heat. LeBron James is TOP 10 right now-potentially TOP 5 when he retires. He may be #2 but he hasn't retired yet-so that ain't even fair. He will NEVER get #1-EVER. MJ was a fierce competitor. He never wanted to join forces with the likes of Isiah, Magic or Byrd. MJ never played GM or Coach either. He wanted to beat em and let them know he's the best. Kobe had the same mentality. LeBron doesn't possess that. Amazing player yes, physically gifted. The longest "prime" in NBA history. But he just won't reach MJ. We haven't even talked about the Jordan brand or the Summer Olympics either. Stephen A Smith is real nice to rank him #2-esp when you have guys like Kobe, Magic, Kareem, and the silent player-Mr. Tim Duncan watching....
his only lost is in 2011 finals, the other 5 his team had no chance at all, Jordan fanboys wont accept that fact, having great teams helped Jordan a lot, irony is Pippen is often forgotten, its all about MJ MJ MJ MJ MJ MJ, its a 5 team game, u dont have back up = u dont stand a chance.
The irony is that goats are herd animals. You’ll rarely see one goat on a mountain top. That should say a lot about the debate. “The Greatest of all Time” isn’t a singular statement. It’s a plural one. Lebron will never be the Goat over MJ because we are talking about two Goats. MJ just happened to make it up the mountain 1st
The whole point of using the word Great-est , is that there can be only one. There can't be two "greatests" , that is both logically and gramatically wrong. There can be two Greats, but not "greatests"

After 20 years there will be tons of new super stars in the game , Kobe will always be the best for me , I will never forget how he played his talent .
I get it. I'm from the Jordan era, so MJ is the GOAT to me. I was born in 1977 so I was a kid in the 80s and a teenager until the mid-90s. So I saw Jordan go 6-0 with 6 finals MVPs. But I never saw Bill Russell, Wilt Chamberlain, Elgin Baylor, Jerry West, and the Big-O. I didn't see almost anyone from the 70s do his thing, except for Kareem and Dr. J because they also played in the 80s. My point is that I totally get what you're saying.
Watched all 3 of their careers, so I've had the pleasure of seeing several different eras at play. Jordan is still the most amazing player I've ever witnessed. It's not even close for me, personally.
except both Kobe and Lebron had a blueprint to follow: Jordan. MJ had no model. there was no one like him before him. no guard was as dominating on offense and defense as he was. MJ had the mamba mentality before Kobe gave it a name. way easier to follow than it is to lead.

#6: LARRY BIRD
#7: TIM DUNCAN
#8: LEBRON JAMES
#9: OSCAR ROBERTSON
#10: WILT CHAMBERLAIN
THAT'S IT,,,END OF DEBATE!!!!!
Thats a pretty good list. Wilt could be debatable for 4 or 5 but good list 👍🏾
@@Helloim_anthony HONESTLY WHEN YOU LOOK AT IT,,,,ALL OF IT CAN BE DEBATABLE,,,,SERIOUSLY LIKE YOUR COMMENT ABOUT WILT CHAMBERLAIN,,,,HE WAS SO DOMINANT,,,LIKE I CANT SAY YOUR CRAZY!!!!!😂😂😂😂
@Blacksmoke Billy NOT ON MY LIST!!!!! LEBRON IS SUPER DOPE!!!!
The NBA would not be what it is today without MJ. That being said MJ will always be the goat. Mad respect for bron
Desmond Hackney he’ll yah wdym.
Nah mj is trash
Ryunosuke Aguilar woah woah hold up ok it’s one thing to say lebron is the goat, but to say MJ is trash, that’s flat out disrespect man stop it
Abner Bixcul mj is garbage
@@ryu_aguilar bruh stop
I'm surprised Perk microphone hasn't picked up his inner thoughts along with all his heavy breathing lol
I'm surprised his internet connection didn't mess up
Lmao
Stephen A: I'm not gonna get into the MJ point.... Then proceeds to make a point about MJ being better. Lol
Max said MJ played more games than Lebron every year. How does Lebron have most playoff games of all time?
Love it when Stephen A + Max collaborate to destroy Perkins 🤣
I was just sitting back waiting for Steven A response.... lmfaoo n he delivered
With nonsense😂
Kendrick perkins is the biggest cornball. He's the type to say I'm in love with a girl after meeting her a min before
Lmao
or tell his friends he tap taps and to be coolll on her...like bro i know her more than you TF? then you run it to the home girl and she laughs like TAP TAP WHAT?
I’m in love with u
“I don’t have to remind you of my position”...... rattles off his entire position
looks like perk had been eating and sleeping on that chair for the past 9 months
Max’s summary comparing MJ to Lebron says it all. MJ was THE most dominant at his peak. Perk keeps talking up Lebron but he gives absolutely no rationale.
"MJ was THE most dominant at his peak"
That's a valid point, but here's a counterpoint: What happens if LeBron keeps playing this good for several more years? How will he fair against Jordan if he becomes the best to ever play the game past his prime?
Ye but max also doesnt look at simple things for example overall mj is more efficient % wise but thats cause he took lot less 3s then lbj but if you take 2p% and 3p% lebon is better in both of them. So that is like comparing that DJ is better then dame cause he is more effiencz
Lol mj lost in the playoffs a lot.
@@friziderledeni1262 Yes, MJ took less 3’s. But MJ did shoot A LOT of mid range, according to the league now, that’s the most “inefficient” shot.
@@friziderledeni1262 but mj takes midrange shots consistently. And those are some of the hardest shots in basketball. Even harder than normal 3s..
Anybody who doesn’t think lebron is the GOAT is considered a hater lol. So technically by bronsexual logic, I’m a hater too.
I guess I’m a hater too “AIR JORDAN is the GOAT
Classic Bronsexuals lol
I’m a hater too then
I think Jordan is the goat too but by your logic anyone who doesn't is a "bronsexual". That term is so cringe.
I guees that makes me a hater too.
Magic Johnson: Am i a joke to you?
Max shut perk up at the end “ It took him a lot longer to get them” drops mic 😂😂😂
No he didn't. I'm sorry.
Mj didn't last as long as bron. Longest prime in nba
@@majedalshammari5253 MJ didn't do HGH.
Molly Q when that dude at the beginning said the three of us as if she ain’t there lol 😂
Lmao facts
If Lebron played during Jordan's era... he would be another Karl Malone, or Patrick Ewing....
If lebron played in Jordans era, he would have freight trained everyone
@@matthiaskirby7654 yeah... I would love to see him being defended by Rodman, Bill Lambert... he cries over fouls now... I can imagine him playing in the 90s... he would have been a good player without Rings thanks to Jordan
@@josetejeda5627 If he could use his body more physically, those guys wouldn't stand a chance. That's like sending a boulder against a stick
@@matthiaskirby7654 dude Shaquille was bigger and stronger than Lebron... he only started wining championships AFTER Jordan retired...
That like saying Jordan would just be demar derozan in this era
Why is the media still talking about this? Just stoppppp
