Some of the huge figures McFarlane I ended up skipping (like Cygor or Violator, which have amazing sculpts IMO) have serious issues that can't be fixed (Violator can't stand properly and the diaper in Cygor is just awfui).
Absolutely great looking figure, but a little on the short side. I’m still very happy with it, I got mine in the mail yesterday from Walmart. Standing next to Swamp Thing I feel like he should be more in line with Swamp Thing’s height. Thanks for the review!

Fun tip for this figure: I was just messing around with some stuff i have, and ended up popping open both a marvel legends man-spider and a marvel legends series 1 toad, and both of their bases look absolutely incredible with this killer croc. The resin/acrylic sculpted swampy water matches this figure’s color scheme and his soggy bottom boy pants around his ankles perfectly
Grats Darth! Definitely a beautiful figure (Origins is the best game Croc imo) but the scale is crazy. I wonder if there’s no plans for a comic Croc atm so he was kinda scaled down to be a catch all Croc figure, or maybe he felt nobody from the Arkham line should be taller than Titan Joker, or just saving plastic. This is my major worry for the upcoming Solomon Grundy leaked BaF, who was also a goddamn monster in the game. I was hoping Batmobeast would initiate a possible $80 line for truly monstrous characters like this but we’ll see. The DC Direct Arkham stuff had wonky ass sculpts, but man they swung for the fences with the size.

Josh, 'Croc to me is the ideal size. I know he is bigger in the game but I think he towers perfectly not ridiculously. The bigger size, paint apps, and sculpt to me justify the price. Spoiled with past releases jaw articulation would of made him a contender for figure of the year. I got him coming from the McFarlane store along with the weapons pack. I hope the early Walmart shipping means McFarlane can send both items out together soon. Great review.

Maybe you should check out the Mezco figures. They've been doing some of Batman's rogues and since they're smaller, they should make your bigger figures pop a lot more.

I love your analysis on the scale and the comparison with Devastator! I do think he's too short and about articulation, I'd love his jaw to be articulated as Devatator's but I think his look is great and the pants texture is one of the many cool details in the sculpt I appreciate. Not sure he's okay at this price point, I don't think I'll be able to get him. I hope you can get Man-Bat soon!
Is Arkham knight the one where he’s all big and bulgy? I’d dig that. Tho this is prob my absolute favorite design for killer croc. That being said I do think the paint job (on the face) leads to the figure feeling like it’s missing something or maybe just a little incomplete
Looking forward to this. I have the old dc collectibles one and sculpt and paint wise it’s probably better than this and the shackles aren’t glued so can move about a bit. However you can’t move it about too much without being too scared of moving it so fact this figure can move makes it a must have. Similar to way Titan joker was
I disagree with the scale issue. he has a good height, taller than shark. swampy is just really tall. devastator is just too small, devastator actually has the scale issue not crocy.
I don t like that with these bigger figures there is NO accessories. A pair of hands, alternate open mouth (or better, a hinged jaw) just would be nice. I have mine coming from Gamestop
Ngl this one has disappointed me. The value on the mega figs seems to be so inconsistent, I'd like if swamp thing was the standard for the mega figs at least one acessory, imposing and well articulated. Also hope you're doing good josh!!
