      I had already tried your seat workout. It's really work for me as I am the obesity person. It doesn't hurt my ankles and knees, and it can really burn calories.

    I don't do it as often as I should, but this is one of my favorite stretches before bed and sometimes at work. I need to do it more!

    I got a good laugh at the beginning! I stepped back onto my mat and stepped on my dog! He got out of the way so I could continue but I had a nice laugh to start this routine! 😂😂
