Exploring the unexplored locations of Guntakal Div..!
This is one of the least explored routes branching from Dharmavaram Junction passing through Kadiri-Madanapalle-Piler-Pakala Junction and reaches Tirupati. Reaching this vantage spot was really challenging and quiet risky and walked almost 10 KM in the midst of heavy rains.
Presently this is one & only Un-electrified Line !!

Great effort reading your description. I wonder how Rayalaseema has got a web of rail network covering all the important towns. Adoni, Manthralyam, Cuddapah, Tadipatri are covered on the Mumbai - Chennai line. Kurnool, Anantapur, Dharmavaram, Hindupur on Secunderabad - Bangalore line. Nandyal on the Guntur - Guntakal line. Madanapalle, Piler on the Pakala - Dharmavaram line. Chitoor on the Renigunta - Katpadi line
