Sir Btst cap pr sqare wave mean high low frequency bnti hai as far I know. You said sine wave kindly correct me if am wrong.

@@FixProSchool2233 May be you are right, but I have studied pwm voltage are supplied at gate of mosfets for switching not since wave. Sine wave is created in ac voltage or inverter based circuit like boot converter. If we give since wave pulse at gate of mosfet then mosfet will not be fully turn on & off upto its saturation level since rising & falling of since wave is quite different than square wave. Boot cap basically connected in series with vbat to create voltage around 7~8 voltage at gate high side Mosfet (vbat+boot cap charge 4 volt in series) which makes total ~8 volt. Boot cap is not required if the source volt is enough to drive to gate of mosfet.
