I saw this on the news i was 15 then and had never heard of the wallendas ,i couldnt get it out of my head i was thinking about it all next day at school and then started trying to find things about karl, (no internet then)seeing the end of karls life was the start of my interest in The wallendas, i now have quite a bit of knowledge on them through books on them and i have T-shirts signed by his great grandson Nik too.R.I.P KarL Wallenda.
Wallenda tenia 72 años, la verdad debio retirarse, muchos le hechan la culpa al viento y a las cuerdas, pero yo creo que le dio un infarto agudo al miocardio en pleno espectaculo, lo que hizo no fue normal.
I saw this LIVE on TV back when it happened, excpet they did not show him hit on the ground, was a different angle too, I will never forget it, just like i saw the 2nd space shuttle blow up live, the second palne hit the world trade centers live, ronald regan get shot live....I think thats it... but dang, weird hah?

How terrible this was for his family, and I feel certain that it must remain dreadful always, regardless of how many years or decades pass. We all lose our loved ones in time, but for someone’s father or grandfather to die so dreadfully, and on film, his fall and scream of terror fated be replayed forever - it’s unimaginable. My heartfelt sympathies go out to the Wallenda family as deeply and sincerely as if this had been yesterday. Thanks again, Kyle.

sopa would kill things like this. humans have a collective history , once something is seen by a certain amount of people it should cease to be owned by one person or entity but be property of everybody to use as they please.

La cosa es que PR se queda como en pausa porque todavia ese es uno de los reporteros de WAPA, deberia retirarse y darle chance a otra generacion de reporteros..
