Does anyone recommend using WK pads when batting? I feel better mobility as a batsman with the WK pads on.

Bowlers with serious pace can break your leg if the impact is in the wrong point.
But if you're lucky, you might get away with it. You can also ask your manufacturer to get thicker wk pads for you
