It's nice coming on here and not seeing someone mainly promoting a life style instead of what im actually researching on shopify seen too many lambos and mansions in older people doing this so this guy seems genuine to me.

That excitement when you get orders...! This happened to me when I started selling on Amazon for first time just with 3 products listed and I made $100k sales which was around 50-60 orders per day in just 7days!!!! It was the best week of my life

Just launched my Shopify store and don’t have any sales because I haven’t done ads or anything yet but I’m happy because this gives me time to work on the backend and all the details to when I do launch ads I’ll be more ready for the flood gates. Especially for your first store, I cant tell you how much time you should take to find a product because it takes however long it takes.

I have a question to your branded dropshipping approach: How do you find and test the products (with what type of ad and store and do you find them with just the normal product research methods or with something special?) and when/ how (what metrics and stuff like that) do you decide if a product is worth building a branded store around? Inspiring story bro! I’m actually going through the same thing right now as we speak. Tons of fake tracking numbers, customers receiving bad products and etc. Defiantly costed me thousands in unnecessary loss revenue. Felt like giving up at one point, but this just inspired me to keep going. Keep it up!

Work a job while pursuing this so you aren’t dependent on your parents because otherwise without any money to back it you’ll become even more dependent on your parents. As Jordan says, it will take a while and many trial and failures

Finally went all in and have been working at it for around 2 months now with 2 stores, I got a ton of site visits but 0 orders. So I’ve lost about $200 already with no revenue. Which is why I suggest a job first. You will go broke if not 😂
Update: made one sale, profit from that sale around $9. Around $300 in expenses.

Thanks for the valued content. I failed big time on my first store. it was branded but I thought I couldn't fail because I launched during Q4 and Holidays. I was a little fish swimming with sharks and didn't know it. I would recommend that people start small and arm yourself with as much info as you can. Q4 can be awsome if you have the budget, good supplier, and knowledge of Facebook advertising.

just watched about a trillion dropship videos and this was the best ! ty Jordan
My biggest struggle is constantly finding winning products and when I do find one on some ad sets there would be 1 or 2 purchases before I go unprofitable every product I try so far, and I learned when I have 3 or more profitable purchases in an ad set then I can keep going with interest testing. So 1 finding good product and 2 purchases for the product, awesome vid by the way.
That means people want the product but there is room for improvement in your approach.. check out my other videos especially my last one

@Jordan Welch when you say you "tested" a product, does that mean a full site buildout, email marketing, FBook ads, etc? Can you give some insight into what makes sense as far as scale goes when testing products? And how long do you typically test before killing the product? Is there a certain benchmark you use?
