I think a solution would be if Real Madrid can either incorporate trees within the landscape of their surroundings but if there’s no space then they could fund a reforestation project outside of Madrid, to cope with the loss of Carbon Sinks. By doing this there’s less controversy around the situation.

They where right to complain about the noise and that will be fixed Real Madrid is working on it to be within the norms of the law. Installing isolated doors building temporarily isolated walls. Then the neighbours said the streets are dirty from all the trash the people leave behind and yes people leave a lot of trash but those streets are cleaned almost immediately after the concert started when all the people are inside. And multiple times. More then any other neighbourhood in the city. What the will have more restaurants Puerta 57, Skybar,… there will be a food market with place for 25 different food stalls that will be open all year round. Also, Real Madrid will have their own brewery in the stadium Mahou plaza.
