It really is a poor design, they could have at least filled with grease from factory, zero turn ss 326 design greaseable u joint’s telescoping male female shafts, don’t be a cheap skate put on a new nylon fan ! Your right there Lol Thanks!!! Great helpful video. I’m retired now started working at Kubota dealership 1979 . I’d say the drive shafts in most Kubota tractors are the weak link
You can do what you want here, but if this were me, i would be replacing that plastic fan while you can get to it easily. That fan is likely VERY brittle from hrs/age and WILL shatter soon.
