I didn't need the trailer to watch this film. But absolute goosebumps. For those who don't know, this is a true story. This was who we were, the Brazil of Asia. Kudos to the makers, hope this will change some scenes regarding football ❤

My dad in his youth was a very strong and skilled footballer but in 1970's he was ignored by the District selection committee. They preferred a politician's (then congressi) son over my dad. My dad got broken. He never let us prefer sports as a career option though we all brothers were quite brilliant in playing football and different atheletics. My youngest brother played Khokho at national level but did not opt sports as career option. Now he is a doctor.

I have been an Indian Football Fan since a decade.... would like to thank Boney K and other members for making this film which was never known to most of our country's population except us fans! India once was known as Brazil of Asia in 1950s and 60s.
Now we are in 2nd stage of resurgence in world and Asian football and we hope we will find back our way to lost glory within years to come!

It was June 2018, Football WC was going on, i asked a guy in ofc , "Hey did u watch the Football match last night", he said "humlogoke wahan Football mein kisika interest nhi hai, we are only mad about cricket"......im not demeaning his community or his love for cricket, even i love cricket, but the problem is that loving only cricket as if its the only sports in our country is like being a frog in a well, who will never come out of the well and see other things in the world. When Football World Cup happens the whole world partipate, its like a Global Fest where everyone is there except my own country and that really hurts......like im cheering for Messi, im cheering M'Bappe, but when that day will come when ill get to cheer for an Indian Footballer.
it is not very far , and yes we are dumbest country who is only focused on cricket as if its a global sport , sadly its not and played by only 10 countries

Watched it today in theatres. It was a rollercoaster ride of emotions. Being a bengalee, and a football lover since childhood, it was really exciting to see the struggles of the then Indian Soccer Team and legend coach Mr SA Rahim. This movie is a gem. Everyone should watch it in theatres.

As a football fanatic, I wish this movie major success and instill to all concerned authorities that its high time, we build world class infrastructure for football and give more than 200% for next 10-15 years in our country to put us in global football map..
