For how you narrate your gardening story one can tell that you loooove it sooo much! Thanks for sharing with us and making us see that this is indeed possible!!! Katale surely doesn’t know you! 😍.
You eat sugar cane like I do. Puts a 😊 on my face. Knife peeling mangoes is also out for me. I peel with my teeth. From the top to the stem, and it comes off easy like a banana. Nice to hear Fiona's voice. I still remember her bringing her salt to harvest tomatoes. She cracks me up 🤣
Hi Sarah, You're a hard worker my dear.l really want God to bless me with a piece of land to till the soil. You're my motivator darling. May God bless all your family, love you...bountiful harvest. Sylvia SOWETO🇿🇦
Thank you for the kind remarks. O hope you get that land in the meantime, you can plant in containers and sacks. Try and use the little space. Greetings from Uganda.
I would love to see Fiona cooking. Sugar cane reminds me alot about my childhoold in South Africa, we used to cut and eat them as they grew wildly even in the urban areas. i grew iup in a suburb called Mobeni Heights, Durban, KZN and the name Mobeni stems from the Zulu world umoba which means sugar cane. Now that I live in Australia I can buy fresh sugar cane juice, but I miss the joy of eating freshly cut sugar cane and chewing on those fibrous strands to taste the juice.
The video of Fiona cooking will be up today. Thank you for letting me know a bit about you. These are beautiful memories. Sugar is a joy especially for kids. We can share mine through the lenses. Thank you for watching
In Philippines 🇵🇭 We eat the Matoke Banana Yellow it's so Sweet and Delicious , You can try also Avocado Shake with Milk , Sugar and Ice it's so delicious 😊😊😊😊 E
Yes in Uganda there's a variety that's cooked ripe, so it's sweet. Uganda boasts over 30 varieties most of which are matooke (green bananas). Some are roasted only, called Gonja, others r just for juice extraction only. Others can be cooked with the peel on or off. Yes, avocados r enjoyed with food too. Also many eat it with just salt. And the avocado milk shake, I actually used to add a ripe banana or 2, and it's sooooo nutritious and tasty.
I love you videos however tell the lady in blue not to break the kales leaves or sukuma wiki from main stem .. she should leave a small stick leave attached to stem
Hello Ms Margaret, thank you for watching. I was sent purple kale( that was the lebbel on it) from U. S. A and collards too. I will double check, I guess there are different varieties.
