- Welcome to episode 4 of a Youth Footballer's Project change, In this episode I'll be having a ball control, some change of direction and fitness work as well as finishing. If you end up enjoying the video please support me by liking the video or even subscribing.
Since I'm not a very consistent uploader since I don't have much time due to obligations such as school etc., my goal is to try upload every 2-3 weeks. But I will try to make the content to the best of my ability so I hope you enjoy.
What is Project Change?:
This project is a little something I've created in a serious but also fun way to document my improvement over this season and showing what I'm doing to become a more whole and better Football player and how I'm trying to get closer to the goal of being a pro footballer.
In This Series I will be uploading about things like:
-My match review (reviewing clips)
-Recovery Sessions
-Gym work
-Talking about possible issues I face in my journey
-daily routines
-meals

thats crazy
Really nice video. Nice to see all the drills and not just the highlights. Good work!
For the shooting work, I'd suggest working on eliminating your stutter-steps before finishing. It looks like you are a little hesitant when doing the run up to the ball. Should be a fairly easy fix, but should do a lot for the quality of finishing :)
Keep up the good work!
Thanks a lot for the feedback, ill work on this in my training 😁

excellent work. on your low corner strikes, it's apparent that you are opting for accuracy over power which is good for the purposes of the practice/drills but you end up having a bit of a chipping/clipping motion in order to compensate. at game-speed, however, requiring power will be inevitable in order to give the goalkeeper a minimal trajectory time. so place your supporting foot a little "ahead" of the ball ever so slightly - that way you can increase your power *while still favouring clinical accuracy*. keep up the good work homie.
Thanks so much for the feedback this really helps a lot. I'll work on these pointers in my training!
Exactly my point his shots were softer than haalands hair
