This was one of my favorite moments actually, because it felt like growth for both and weirdly made their characters feelings for each other feel more real

@@Picassostrash there's a slight backstory but it's not contradicted by anything happening.
She was separated at birth from her twin brother, Yuno Sykk. This may be what she means when she says her parents abandoned her or she may have had another family afterward that also abandoned her.
She became quick friends with Randy Bullet and joined CG and felt like they were her family. Randy ended up leaving (perma banned). Instead of staying with CG during the 5 year gap, she ran away because she was scared of being abandoned.
That's basically it.
@@justanotherperson05she left muuuuch earlier than the 5 year gap though, it's built into her backstory too when she came back that she ran away from the city and left her friends and cg femly earlier than the war. She even had a talk with April, Mr K and Vinny apologizing that she just left without saying goodbye.
