Yes. You are right.The common meaning of Would have, could have, and should have - செய்திருப்பேன், செய்திருக்கமுடியும்/செய்திருக்கலாம் , செய்திருக்க வேண்டும்
For example,நான் வாங்கியிருப்பேன் - I would have bought
I would have + v3 of buy
நீ போன் செய்திருக்க வேண்டும் - You should have called
You should have + v3 of call
Similarly, நான் அங்கு இருந்திருப்பேன் I would have been there
இரு- be , I would have+ v3 of be
